Our Team & Professional Framework

Patricia Wright, AccFMcd, MBA, MA

Family Mediator | Executive Director | Conflict Resolution Specialist

Patricia Wright is a Family Mediator and the Executive Director of Clearpoint Family Mediation. She brings a disciplined, structured approach to mediation grounded in extensive experience working with complex family systems, high-conflict situations, and emotionally charged decision-making.

Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and an MBA, with advanced training in behavioural analysis, trauma-informed practice, and forensic assessment. Her professional background spans healthcare consulting, executive leadership, and work within justice-adjacent and community-based settings, providing a strong systems-oriented foundation for mediation involving parenting, financial complexity, and ongoing family relationships.

Throughout her career, Patricia has supported individuals and families navigating prolonged conflict, instability, and major life transitions. Her work emphasizes clarity, preparation, and practical problem-solving, helping parties engage more effectively in negotiation and reach agreements that are realistic, durable, and appropriate to their circumstances.

Clearpoint delivers family mediation, supervised access services, and preparation and aftercare programs through a multidisciplinary team model. These services were developed to address common gaps in the separation process—particularly the need for readiness, emotional regulation, and structured follow-through alongside mediation and legal support.

As Executive Director, Patricia provides organizational leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that Clearpoint’s services operate within clear professional boundaries and align with best practices across mediation, counselling, and related supports.

“Clear explanations and steady support when I needed it most.”

Amelia Strathy, ECE, CLC
Family Support & Program Facilitator | PREP | Supervised Access Specialist

Amelia brings a compassionate and professional approach to family mediation services through her combined background as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and Certified Life Coach. With deep insight into child development and family dynamics, she provides tailored support to parents and caregivers navigating complex transitions such as separation and co-parenting. Amelia plays a key role in delivering the PREP (Parent Readiness & Empowerment Program), helping clients build emotional resilience, communication skills, and practical readiness before entering mediation.

In addition to her PREP work, Amelia facilitates supervised access visits, ensuring a safe, child-focused environment that promotes meaningful connections while prioritizing the child’s well-being. Her approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and evidence-based practices, creating a space where both children and parents feel supported. With a strong foundation in coaching and education, Amelia supports families in developing healthy strategies that reduce conflict and foster more collaborative parenting outcomes.

As part of Clearpoint’s commitment to meaningful outcomes, clients with moderate to high conflict or complexity receive complimentary access to our PREP and pre-mediation support programs. These sessions, offered virtually and 1:1 with Amelia, are designed to boost readiness and confidence before mediation. While optional, this exclusive support is a powerful advantage we provide waving the regular participant fees to help clients feel supported and set up for success.

Katrina Allan, CPA, is Clearpoint’s dedicated financial consultant and a key member of our interdisciplinary team. She is the Principal and Owner of Katrina Lynn & Co., bringing CPA-level financial expertise and strategic insight to support Clearpoint clients navigating complex financial decisions during separation and mediation. At Clearpoint Family Mediation, financial clarity is a core part of our service model—not an add-on or an afterthought. Our mediators lead financial discussions as part of the mediation process, supported by integrated professional expertise to ensure conversations remain informed, accurate, and constructive.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Katrina has extensive experience simplifying complex financial information and translating it into clear, actionable understanding. Within the Clearpoint model, she supports our team by answering complex financial questions, and helping ensure shared understanding—so mediation discussions can move forward with confidence and clarity.

Her calm, thoughtful approach helps keep financial discussions grounded in facts rather than emotion, supporting fair and forward-focused outcomes. This integrated model is not the norm in mediation; while many services refer clients externally when financial questions arise, Clearpoint is designed to reduce unnecessary hand-offs, maintain continuity, and strengthen confidence in the financial information supporting each agreement—contributing to more durable, informed resolutions.
